Get in shape for summer together with me! This guide is optimal for leaning out, losing weight, staying on balance or if you just want a challenge! Train exactly like me for 8 weeks, with 4 challenging strength workouts a week. 2 of these sessions each week also contain cardio. There’s also an additional workout day only dedicated to cardio.

The guide is divided into 2 different workout blocks with each block consisting of 4 weeks. The first block has a focus on time under tension, meaning we work a little bit longer in each movement of the exercises. This will really challenge your muscles! The second block has a focus on Supersets and high reps - and you will most likely find this very intense! The purpose of having these specialised blocks is to challenge you and give you the best possible results!

With 4 gym workouts and 1 cardio workout a week, this gives you 2 rest days a week. The rest days are very important in order to be able to give it your all during the 5 workout days.

There is no PDF file included for this guide. Instead, the AFLETE app, in which you use the guide, will provide you with everything you need and more! In the app, you will be able to see videos for each exercise, which gives you a good idea of how to perform each exercise with correct form and technique. You will also be able to track enter your weights for every exercise and track your progress. There is no time limit on the guide, it is yours forever.
